Over the years, she has held various roles — from frontline admin to Practice Manager, and most recently, Practice Manager within the private healthcare sector.

Her experience has given her an in-depth understanding of the real challenges practices face, especially when it comes to staying compliant with ever-changing CQC regulations. She has been closely involved in supporting multiple practices through successful inspections and has developed a strong reputation as a CQC compliance expert.

Alongside hands-on experience, she has also completed an NVQ Level 4 in Leadership and Management, which has equipped her with the skills to lead teams, manage change, and ensure systems are in place that not only meet compliance standards but also help practices run smoothly and efficiently.

Vinesh brings extensive clinical and regulatory expertise to the team, with experience spanning both NHS and private healthcare settings. As a GP Partner in a busy NHS practice and an established private GP, he has first-hand insight into the challenges healthcare providers face in meeting and maintaining CQC compliance.

Over the years, he has successfully set up GP services, led CQC registration applications, and supported practices in preparing for inspections and registered manager interviews. Known for his thorough approach and supportive nature, Vinesh ensures every client feels confident and well-prepared throughout their compliance journey.

Trained at the University of Birmingham and with clinical experience in both the UK and Australia, he combines frontline healthcare insight with deep regulatory understanding. This allows him to guide organisations through every stage of the CQC process with clarity, confidence, and practicality.
